As part of our #HealthyHabits series, why not try this short movement session and start your day in a better way!

Starting your day with movement can:

  • Increase flexibility and reduce stiffness
  • Boost mood and energy levels
  • Improve circulation
  • Set a positive tone for the day

Try and do the routine as soon as you can after waking to mobilise the body ready for the day ahead. You can do the move seated on your bed and gradually come to a standing position.

Remember to drink some water (Habit #1) when you wake up or if you do the workout later in the day have a drink before you start!
