For most classes you can just turn up and pay on the door cash or card. If you prefer you can book and pay online by clicking here. For our new classes starting in January we ask that you do reserve your space. We also ask you to book Menofit as we limit the numbers for this session.
Comfy clothing suitable for exercising (e.g. T-shirt and leggings or joggers). Secure footwear is essential: trainers or pumps are the best starting point. 
If you are a new customer go for a class marked BEGINNER or LOW IMPACT as these are our easiest classes. But, no matter what level you choose we always give low impact/easier options so even if you haven’t danced in a while you can work at your own pace and build up slowly. 
NO! Never! All our classes are pay as you go so there's no commitment and you can do whichever sessions suit you each week. You can buy "bundles" of 10 sessions or a monthly pass to reduce the cost but you still do not have a contract so can revert to pay as you go at any time.
