From January we will be continuing the "combo" class made up of a mobilising warm up, a 20 minute strength section using hand weights followed by a 20 minute flexibility section using resistance bands. 

Please bring your own dumbbells and a yoga mat and any blocks/cushions, straps and towels to help with the flexibility work.

Do bring weights that will challenge you. Between 1kg - 3kg is a good starting point if you are new to strength training. The workout can be done without weights if you prefer to just want to work on your mobility first.

This class is really popular so we are now asking everyone to book in advance and reserve their dumbells if needed.
