If you are a new customer, to help streamline things at your first class, you can complete your PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) in advance and bring it with you. There will be hard copies available as well.
If you have any kind of health condition please check with your GP that you are safe to do classes that may contain cardiovascular and resistance training.
If you are an existing customer, please complete a new form each year or if ever your health changes. It is your responsibility to keep your instructor informed of health issues that may be made worse by your participation in the classes.
