For the weeks leading up to Christmas we will be doing a "combo" class made up of a mobilising warm up, a 20 minute strength section using hand weights followed by a 20 minute flexibility section using resistance bands.
Please bring your own dumbbells and a yoga mat and any blocks/cushions, straps and towels to help with the flexibility work.
Do bring weights that will challenge you. Between 1kg - 3kg is a good starting point if you are new to strength training. The workout can be done without weights if you prefer to just want to work on your mobility first.
